Programs

Colonial Experience

The Colonial Experience is a 3-3.5-hour program introducing students to 18th century farm life in Pennsylvania through the active participation in historic skills and fam activities.  The program is divided into rotations of colonial activities, including candle dipping, farm chores, toys and games, textiles, and meeting the farm’s heritage breed animals.  Each activity is designed to be hands-on and may change to reflect the age of your group, group size, and the needs of our farm – just like they would have in 1770!  This program features a 30-minute lunch break.  Please let us know about any time restrictions during the booking process. We are able to accommodate flexible timing.
